filmcels.co.uk aim to get all orders delivered to our customers within 10 working days. If delivery, for any reason, is going to take longer we will email you and will keep you informed.
Delivery is only £3.95 for all UK orders, no matter how much you spend! Delivery charges are applied at the checkout for all destinations.
Outside the UK delivery information: Europe £8.00, North America £12 and the rest of the world £18.00 – all packages being sent by International Recorded Delivery, with full insurance.
Most products are actually despatched within a few days, except for Gold Discs which take up to 28 days for delivery as they are made to order.
All orders are sent by the Post Office using recorded and insured delivery or, for heavier items, we use the Royal Mail. UK normal delivery time, from shipment, is usually 2-3 days but can take longer especially around the Christmas period.
If your delivery does not turn up within a 15 day period please do contact us and we will then approach the post office for tracking information. We cannot make any kind of claim with the post office until a 15 day period has elapsed, nor are we able to re-ship items.
For orders outside the UK please allow an additional 10 days for your order to arrive, especially if you live outside North America and Europe.
Christmas Ordering: please note the final date to guarantee delivery for the big day is the 15th December. After this time please do contact us to see if we can delivery in time.
